Objet : Voyage au Portugal 2009
Extrait du Compte Rendu de réunion N°3 : Les membres du C.A des Amis du "Padre Himalaya de Sorède" ont décidé d'annuler le voyage au Portugal prévu du 28 septembre au 5 octobre 2OO9. Aprés le débat et l'analyse du nombre de participants inscrits et insuffisants, il a été décidé d'annuler le voyage pour 2OO9 et de le repporter à 2010.
Principales raisons de cette annulation :
*La formule du déplacement en avion trop élevée en cette période de crise
*Il a été décidé en revanche pour 2010 de reprendre la formule de 2005 et surtout 2007 faite en autocar qui a trés bien marché.
*Chaque adhérent recevra une information complémentaire à ce sujet.
